Chemistry lockdown button access problems

Bug Description:
The Chemistry Lockdown button in Chemistry can't be used by the CMO or Doctors, prints Access Denied

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get boarded by xenos
2. Try to lockdown chemistry
3. Realise the button doesn't like you.
4. Die horribly as the marines watch on.

Just want to chime in that the chem lockdown button in the chemlab is absolutely useless right now. It'd be more useful if the grinder was in its spot to be honest.

This is old but I think it's still active, but I thought I would mention that the chemistry lockdown button in the CMO's office DOES work.
