Emergency Response Team Shuttle empty

Bug Description: ERT emply, but when tried to join it before it said ERT full


Steps to reproduce:
1. Wait till a distress signal is launched
2. Click join ERT ---> Get this message: The emergency response team is already full!
3. Watch the ERT shulle as it is empty

Did it have anything in it or was it just empty?

Did you see the message prompt show up telling you to join ERT? If it didn't pop up then it was the automated supply shuttle ERT

It was a supply shuttle. Not a bug. Closing and moving.
