Hazard door welding bug

Bug Description:
If you open a hazard door, then weld it (presumably to keep it open, like you would with a normal airlock), it will shut normally and then stay welded shut.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open hazard door
2. Weld it
3. ???
4. Profit

I would like to add that the reason this may become an issue is that it prevents climbing over certain obstacles under low atmospheric conditions. The shutter will repeatedly close with no way to keep it open long enough short of C4ing it.
