SSD and Camera Feed

Bug Description: I was viewing the security cameras and went off to have a smoke. I came back and was disconnected for being afk for 10 minutes or more and reconnected to be stuck in the cameras with no window popup and no way to reaccess the console.

Steps to reproduce:
1. View security camera feed.
2. Disconnect or be disconnected.
3. Reconnect.

Addition: After being moved away from the console my screen refocused on my character but I could not move.

Usually does. Atleast for me. Did you seat him in a chair and undo him? random stuff tends to fix bugs
