Spawning with No Air

Bug Description: Lack of backup oxygen sources in a spaceship (Wow who would have thought of that?) near spawn point.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Alien Cuts All the APC's.
2. Scramble for the Oxygen that's not there.
3. Die.
4. Spectate the Match or Respawn as an Alien (Forced)

I'm sorry but I don't assume this is a bug.

Not a bug, and sometimes highermins stop new players from entering.

Also, if cryoroom has no air, it's pretty clear aliens already have a major under the belt.
