Bug Description:
SO, yea. Simple enough. The horrible terrible defib bug is still around. Once applied and you undergo surgery you're unable to move, talk, or hear. Permanently. Forever.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Die
2. Bzzt.
3. Surgery.
4. Enjoy being a ghost without being able to move or access deadchat.
Defibs are still very very broken.
