[MILD TO SEVERE] CRUSHERS: The Slashspam Ram

Bug Description:
Crushers are capable of slamming marines down, and proceeding to immediately decapitate them through slashspam. More a powergaming issue, though this is also a major bug, given no other xeno caste can slash whilst it's downed(?), making Crusher far too overpowered. Facing off against a Crusher in B18 is the only response that allows you to save yourself from the downed-slashspam, since you're incapable of moving due to the hardcrit, either way.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be Crusher caste, or be Marine.
2. Ram into Marine, let the collision script knock you down whilst near the marine. / Be slammed into by the Crusher, and have it knocked down by collision.
3. Good game, you've just cucked a Marine through bug abuse / been savagely wrecked by a Crusher.
