Russian Response team announce message has spelling error.

Bug Description:
I actually haven't seen it full, if somebody have text of it please copy it here. But I saw that it says "Vrag korabl, prigotovsya k obordaju i smerti" or something like that, it's really hard to type russian sounds using english characters. Anyway, it shouldn't be "Vrag korabl" - it should be "Vrajeskiy korabl". Because "Vrag" is singular when you talk about some third person, so It's like ship is who "Vrag", ship is which - "Vrajeskiy" telling that it's enemy ship, not the ship itself is an enemy.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Well, call Response team and wait for RNG to throw Russian RT
2.Look at the message
3.Stare at it for long time.
