Bug Description:
When you have your ID in a wallet, you can't use ANY comms whatsoever. Headsets, wall comms, station bounced radios all fail.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Find Wallet
2. Put ID into wallet
3. Try to speak on comms and fail
Oddly enough it seems the messages are still sent to the telecomms servers they just aren't forwarded through to broadcast. Here is what it looks like:
322 is normal ID
323 is ID in wallet
