Steps to reproduce:
1. Spawn as RO.
2. Look in backpack and find box there.
3. Take out a box and wonder why you can't shove it back into bacpack.

Box in RO's backpack
Bug Description: RO after spawn has box with mask and oxygen tank. Possibly some other civie roles have this too. Make mask and tank appear just in backpack, don't remove them totally, please.

I'm really glad we have "Steps to reproduce" in our bug reports, because by your description I thought you were asking us to only have the mask/oxy tank and do away with the box.
