Crushers cant open glass doors

Bug Description:

The interior glass doors, like the ones at the prison dropship airlocks, I can't get them to open as a crusher but every other caste can just walk up and get them to auto open.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be a crusher
2. Walk up to interior glass doors
3. Marvel as you have absolutely no way to get through them

Its been a bug for a while, you have to click on all doors as a crusher since they don't seem to auto-open like other aliens/mobs in general. Also, crush everything.

You have to change your toggle as crusher

Even with toggle charge off you have to click doors as a crusher.

From testing with various doors in thunderdome (Including "hatches" and resin doors), with toggle charge off it's not possible to open a door by walking into it. With toggle charge on, it IS possible, but only if you're charging (But not high enough to break it). Very weird.

Fixed I believe since crushers can now bump open doors.
