corrode vent is missing/broken

Bug Description:you cant open welded vents


Steps to reproduce:
1.acid vent
2.wait
3.no more vent

That's partly because the corrode vent button was removed, that one opens the vent. The other one is just plain old acid which dissolves things. Believe it was removed given we transitioned from a space station to the planet since Alpha Colonial marines. Mostly since for the planet you didn't need vents and it's not unless someone notices/reports on the shuttle in that case about worms/aliens using the vents. Don't think it was added back in yet, could be mistaken upon that part.
