Give all the marines helmet cameras. From Standards to SL.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
This lets Overwatch flip through the squad and makes them slightly less reliant on the Squad Leader positioning and feed.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
My thoughts on this are to better empower the BOs to make decisions and calls tactically rather than "SL What's going on? Hello? Anyone? Okay just fall back to the FOB." Meanwhile the FOB was overrun twenty minutes ago and they know nothing because common channel can't be heard on the Sulaco.

Of course, the Caveat to this would be that once the helmet is broken by a hugger. The camera is too, broken by the hugger. That makes logistics getting new helmets to the marines more of a priority, and also more logical than "Some crab thing scratched up my old one." It could be that the SL cam is more resistant and doesn't break when the helmet does, or it could just be that it breaks after the second hugger.

I'm also open to suggestions on how to better balance this. But I think breaking cameras would keep Xenos from getting their hives discovered instantly (even though the BO tracker tells you exactly where they are), and it also lets the BO have a better grasp on the developing situation without as much verbal communication necessary. Especially since talking in SS13 is incredibly restrictive.
