Bug Description:
Can't use any form of Comms
Steps to reproduce:
1.Get type of radio/intercom
2.try to speak
3.only end up with slanted text and no speech in radio channels

Thats not a bug. That just means that comms are down. As in the relays have been broken, or there isn't any power to them.

No, other people where talking over Comms, I saw the headset icon. But I myself could not talk, headset on and everything

This happened to me, comms worked on lower decks but not in the upper decks Ignore this. Someone shut the comms down manually.

I personally think it could be due to how the server was updated to the new byond "code thing".. no idea if that would actually cause anything like this to happen though.
