Bug Description: Before you close this, yes this was closed with the consensus of "yes you can", buuuut.

Yeah. That. So. Definitely have the BO ID, definitely can't open the window. Clicking on it with the ID directly doesn't work either.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be BO.
2. Try to open the XO window.
3. Find out you can't.
4. Cry.

Doubtful. You can change IDs, but you can't open the windoor that allows you to do it in a timely fashion.

It bothers me every time the BO has to run around the bridge doors to change my ID.
