Join as any SSD alien

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): We should be allowed to join as any Alien.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): I feel like Admins are annoyed of ssd aliens and someone asks them if they can be it. I think Admins deserve to have less ahelps about joining as an ssd alien.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Well I know that you can join as a larva but instead of only just larvae why not the rest. As a honest man I try to ask an admin if I could be that ssd alien and due to them being busy I feel like it's annoying for them to get ssd alien requests, so why not make ghosts able to join as any SSD alien

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Like the larva and make it able to join the rest of the aliens.

Giving the SSD people ten minutes to rejoin would work in conjunction with the dead peeps having to wait ten minutes to become a larva; it's pretty fair, could be shaved to five minutes but that's up to the Admins(if this idea is used).

I always wonder why they had the SSD larva thing but no SSD alien join. It definitely hurts to have SSD higher tiers. +1
This works better then having to put in rules about asking to be put in SSD aliens and having to put a clause in for when they don't want to do it.

some people disconnect cause they get tired and they say let anyone take my alien ETC,but some other people get disconnected(Myself as example)In my country blackouts happy preety offten,and im not talking just blinks of power,it can take from 40 minutes to 2 hours to get power again,and to come back and see your T3 alien taken and dead to some bad idea would generate as much salt as meta marines/aliens

also this would be anoter bullet in the coders brain

Ah, well don't you think that can be solved. I doubt it will be hard as they got the code to be able to join larva. Plus, I really don't mind my xeno getting taken. Crying because someone took your alien in a video game is just stupid and it would be their fault if they lose it. Plus you can click the rest button and go afk for some time until the game kicks u out for afking for too long. Also, you shouldn't use your country blackout as an excuse, 40 minutes to 2 hours is way too long. Anymore excuses?

+1 ok ok if you dont want peoples opinions just dont ask for them,there you happy its plus,so badly wanting to steal tier 3, also complaining about loosing a T3 is almost as bad as asking to just get one,also to your logic of "its stupid"then lets see you spend xx minutes evolving to get finally tier 3 and then just cause of a disconnect someone simply takes it,if you think thats stupid you are free to stop playing,just saying

-1 I don't want to be disconnected from my terrible internet service for a long time and come back to see I'm a ghost as a high tier alien. Maybe 20-30 minutes, but 10? No. It takes hard work and time to get high tier, so I disagree with this.

If your power goes out for 40 minutes to 2 hours, you have no business playing a multiplayer game, since you are never reliable to your team.

I get it, disconnections happen, but the thing is you're playing a multiplayer game. A game where teamwork is vital. So if you're a Queen or a T3 alien and you disconnect for 2 hours, guess what... Xeno's are now more likely to lose.

You want everybody else on the team to be worse off just because YOU would be upset if someone "stole" your xeno.

Sometimes RL happens and I have to leave. Instead of the Xeno's having to deal with yet another SSD T3, I think this should be implemented.

-1 This is intentional so that we may control who is in game and to stop one person from dying and loop-control killing the whole hive of T2 & T3 aliens.

What happens in the event the Queen DC's for 10 minutes and gets insta-control killed by a salty marine?

Disconnection doesn't sound like a good excuse. Disconnect for 10+ minutes don't cry.. Be happy someone at least isn't dying easily, I actually want this. I was a hive Lord and I was solving some real life problems. Well guess what. I died... Or to stop sadness, how about until 10 minutes from when they quite? In order to stop people from abusing it each time they die

Yup. This suggestion has been implemented already. There's now a 'Join as Xeno' verb under the ghost tab.
