Minor financial bug.

Bug Description: The account creation date is 25, September, 2544. The in-game date is 1, September, 2160.


Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to ATM, login to account.
2.Print out transaction history.
3.Read transaction history.

Easiest solution, will be to remove the ATMs.

While it may not come up often, I think keeping the money is better. Bribery is fun, and I suggest it to pretty much every CL whose fax I answer.

I agree with Varnock, having ATMs available is extremely useful for CLs.

I still haven't tried to get every single marines give me their money for paying off the planetary fees for nuking...

I should really try that one day. Maybe if I reach one million...
