Bug Description:
The weapon "Offhand" item is visible on the ground under certain circumstances.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a marine wield a two-handed weapon like a rifle.
2. Spit neurotoxin at that marine.
3. Marine will drop both the rifle and the "Off-Hand" item:

Possibly related, in the weapons tab when you choose the 'burst fire' option while duel wielding the weapon it will ask which of the 'weapons' you want to toggle. This potentially related bug appears purely cosmetic however and the button still functions normally.
