Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
put NO SMOKING signs in the medical bay. we already have them in the engine room.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
people will drop the edgemeister act and help build a functional society not plunged in the bowels of fiery hell
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
1. take no smoking signs
2. put in no smoking signs
