Bug Description:
Having a weapon equipped in both hands, if you switch to off-hand and click something, you can no longer switch hands or use anything. Get this message, "Your other hand is too busy holding the M41A Rifle - offhand"
Steps to reproduce:
1. get m41a
2. hold in both hands and switch to off hand
3. Click something that is interactive.
Clicking with offhand can freeze hands

Can confirm this bug exists. Have to drop the off-hand to be able to switch hands again
