Aliens can use Fire Axe

Bug Description:
Aliens can use fire axes if they are clicked while still inside their wall containers. Once held, the axe can be used as if by a human, for any range of purposes. With the Hunter, the axe does not become transparent when stalking.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have an Alien reach Engineering aboard the Sulaco.
2. Open the Wall Container for the Fire Axe.
3. Click on the Fire Axe with an empty hand.

That's how the case works, so the best way to prevent that is to make the aliens just stare cluelessly at it when they try to grab it.
