Either way, white would blend in way to much to the armor probably anyway.

I think this is a good idea, as long as it isn't a dark green. A midway point, would be great, not to bright to be garish and obnoxiously stupid, but not to dark to look like the soul of a xeno at the bottom of the Marianas trench.
