Bug Description: When trying to join as xeno as ghost or observer, it says you need to wait 5 minutes, even after 5 minutes have passed.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Be ghost or observer (potentially only as ghost respawning after being an alien, Not sure on this step.)
2.Try to join as Xeno (either larva or ssd t1-3)
3.Be forced to wait until 10 minutes have passed since your death/ghosting
