So since you can't make two marines carry one thing, in this case the stretcher, would the idea be that you lay the patient on the stretcher, pick up the end where their head is and just drag it without lifting the other end?

Still think this is a good idea.

If a marine goes on and slide too many stretchers in his backpack and die well... You know what happen to dissolved objects :)
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

In lieu of screwing around with non-folding stretchers, I've started to carry around body bags and using them as quick deploy transports. Zip an injured person up and drag them to safety. Would recommend this to fellow medics until this gets added.

Would be a really nice quality of life change to make roller beds less awkward to carry as well.

In regards of stretchers normally requiring two people to use, there are stretchers that can be used by one person with wheels on the other side.

+1 I almost exclusively RP a field medic and this WILL help us soooo much!
Cpl. Arthur Cromwell: Staff Sergeant, as a daily reminded, I will remind you that I, as a field medic, will stay behind the rest of the team to heal to the fuck-face that gets injured, got it?

*Five minutes later, Cromwell fighting on the frontlines, EVERYONE else except him standing behind.*
