Bug Description:fences are invisible again, and space is black
Steps to reproduce:
1.space is black and fences are invisible (again)
2.space is black and fences are invisible (again)
3.space is black and fences are invisible (again)
fences are invisibile (again) and space is black

Not sure how you managed to get the space turfs to turn black. Either admin fuckery or local icon glitch.
Space looks fine on the server, and as for fences, they are fixed, but the server is not updated.
