Bug Description: Title, unsure if it behaves like normal shrapnel or is just displaying a message when it shouldn't.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Wear Armor
2. Get Shot
3. Take no damage but have shrapnel lodged inside you
Shrapnel sticks in wounds even if armor blocks
