Bug Description: You can't make girders/plasteel barricades on planet. The same issue as the inside of the shuttle. You can still build normally within domes. Doesn't seem intended, and you could do this prior to the turf update.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to planet surface.
2. Try to build stuff on sand/jungle.
3. Doesn't work.
