Steps to reproduce:

If you dig too aggressively, you can end up being thrown around by vacuum out of nowhere. Such is life in a game that started as an air simulation.

Since the tiles were replaced with unsimulated turfs, I think I know what's happening. Digging through rock replaces the rock turf with a simulated floor turf. And simulated+unsimulated turfs do not work at all, cause run time errors, and basically break the game because unsimulated turfs do not process atmos. Simulated turfs do.

It's been like that before, and it depends on luck.

It is just that the turf it changes to when you dig it has -273°C

This is likely because its called "Asteroid" so I assume it is the same rocks used for Asteroid mining.
