Welding goggles/armour light switch

Bug Description: While using the welding goggles, the "use" icons in the top left of the screen switch or break with the marine armour icon. The ability to flip the goggles up or down with the icon will instead turn on the armour light. It seems to always happen once when I first get equipped, but then after the first time it occurs the consistency of the bug drops off dramatically.



Steps to reproduce:

1. put on welding goggles
2. flip them up using the icon in the top left
3. place on marine armour
4. click the welding goggles icon again

This happens seemingly randomly with all usable items in the top right. I think its a byond thing.

This is simply Byond being crappy

Crappy Byond is crappy.. I have lived with this since forever... if only there's a way to resolve this bug...
