Get rid of the Oribtal Strike beacon's beeping (or shorter strike time)

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Remove the beeping from Orbital Strike beacons or shorten the time between the beeping and the actual strike
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Will get rid of Aliens meta running from orbital strikes.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Well, as said, it will get rid of meta running aliens, and of course it does offer the disadvantage of giving marines a shorter time to run, but really this stuff should be coordinated between all the marines saying "This area is about to get hit, back off". And while admins are suppose to deal with meta running aliens, sometimes there are simply too many that run away to figure who DID run.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Remove the sound file or edit the code to make it go off sooner. (I assume the second can be done, I'm no coder)

-1 removing the beep or making it fire faster would lead to less meta yes but more FF

That time can be as low as five seconds if people at Bridge are paying attention.

actually, to make it all easier, the OB could have an inbuilt camera so that the bridge staff could see when and where to fire themselves, bumping the effectiveness of OBs.
