Devouring People From a Distance

Bug Description: If you repeatedly devour someone after they're tackled down, they can get up and run off before warping inside you. This happened to me one round as I was trying to eat a survivor, but he ran off. Warped back into me, and cut me apart while I was super confused.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Tackle down someone.
2. Devour repeatedly with good timing.
3. They get up, run away, then warp into you.

This is likely related to how the 'pull' code works. I'm not sure if this is fixable as its primarily based in lag and byond shenanigans.

There's probably plain spawn(delay) used instead of something like do_mob(delay), with no checks of distance etc in the spawn section.

+1 Can confirm this can be done and easily replicated. As long as the devourer do not move, no matter how far the devouree flees, he will be swallowed.

A similar bug also happened once when 2 aliens devoured the same host. I was the first alien who regurgitated the host and nested him. Shortly after, the 2nd alien who devoured the host evolved, and that host mysteriously teleported from the nest to the 2nd alien, presumably because the contents of his tummy spilled out. The host became bugged at that point, and can't be dragged or grabbed. Forever stuck in limbo.
