Bug Description: The west face for donor armor flashlights is on the wrong shoulder
Steps to reproduce:
1.Get donor gear
2. Turn on armor
3. Face west and see that armor flashlight is on the wrong shoulder

Fixed. The east facing direction was the bugged one.
