Trash bag cannot directly pick up shotgun shells

Bug Description:
Using the trash bag, clicking on a shotgun shell will yield no results. However, clicking on an item on the same tile will pick up the shell.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have trash bag in hand
2. Click on shotgun shell
3. Shell will not be picked up

Can't pick up any bullet shells either.
