Bespectacled mesonic surveyors are invisible when toggled off

Bug Description: The bespectacled mesonic surveyors that spawn in the CE's office on the desk are invisible when they are meson scanning is disabled on them. I suspect this is because there is no icon for it.
Since I think this is because of a lack of icon, I made an example icon that you might be able to use.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Pick up bespectacled mesonic surveyors from CE's desk
2. Activate held item
