Admin's "Select Equipment Armor" doesn't include gloves

Bug Description:Setting a players equipment to B18 doesn't give them gloves
Thank you Killaninja12 for noticing this

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Find a hapless subject
  2. Right click on them and choose Select equipment
  3. Locate and choose USCM Specialist (Armor)
  4. Note that they gain only
    ► Show Spoiler
TLDR: Go back and read it. I spent time writing that, ya know.
