Bug Description: If you have a wielded weapon in your hand and switch to the "OFF-HAND" Icon by swapping heads you can't switch back and shoot your gun.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a wielded weapon.
2. Swap your selected hand to "OFF-HAND".
3. Can't swap back: Your other hand is too busy holding the M41A Rifle - offhand

As a get-around for this, activate the 'drop' verb and it'll release your off-hand.
