This is classified information and they permaban everyone who will reveil it, because it's part of build.

In EVERY round should be two tips: "Aiming at head is bad idea." and "If you are rookie, put those fucking APs back to vendor!"

And third tip can be some random thing about mechanic.

"Don't be a dickhead that hogs all of the AP mags and decides they're Rambo because of it. Take at least one; and only load it if you're forced to or of the situation calls for it."

AP rounds can kill lower tier xenos in 4 hits.
Regular rounds take 7
do the math.

As engineer, two APs and two standard mags are more than enough for me.
