Bug Description: Using an advanced trauma kit to try and repair brain damage during surgery results in an error, depicted in the attached image.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Proceed in attempting to fix a patient's brain damage
2. Attempt to apply regenerative membrane taken from your handy dandy advanced trauma kit.
3. Marvel at the inane response the game gives you. Kudos coders.

What is the point of eye and brain surgery if you can directly slap regenerative membrane on ones brain and eyes at the same time, trough the open skull?
3. Marvel at the inane response the game gives you. Kudos coders.
You should see what other people around you see in their chat log when you do that.

I had to do this since you were able to instantly heal brain and eye damage by applying nano kit to open skull. Invalid.
