Bug Description: If a marine is nested and is healed by an admin (And presumably any other rank), they not only pop up and are able to move around, they are also considered to still be buckled to the nest (Side note: the player can't use CTRL+ARROWS to change the direction they're facing).
Steps to reproduce:
1.Ingredients: Spawn a nest, some weeds, a human, and a xeno in thunderdome
2.Buckle the victim to the nest, then heal them via the player panel.
3.Watch as they pop up, stun them, attempt to rebuckle them and fail.
