Spare Commander ID

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Add a spare commander ID to the secure vault/locker in the CO's office.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Help marines during rounds were the closest thing to Command is a CE/CMO.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Help marines get some semblance of a functioning command structure by making a spare commander ID.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Make a spare commander ID, place it in the locker/secure vault.

So, basically spare command id only command, like BO, XO, CE, and CMO can only access so that when no commander, they can do his job?

People breaking in to steal it. The fact that a highly secure ship just keeps a skeleton key hanging around for those what if situations.

People have also killed the CO in the past and looted the corpse, then stashed the body somewhere in maintenance. Doesn't mean we should take away the CO's ID because possible theft.

A skeleton key for when there is a skeleton crew. There are times when there is no one that is able to send the shuttle.

-1. Due to new rules by apop for ID/ job changes, im guessing it would also apply to picking up spare ID's?
