Rule against stolen stuff
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): When I play specialist, it is not uncommon to see that someone has already taken everything. Often, the ID of a specialist is on the ground or a specialist from another squad was changed squad and took everything.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): I think it will avoid heavy disappointment to those who play specialist and to whom it happens.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): I'm just asking a rule.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): No clue how to add it~ Too hard for me to add some text~

Re: Rule against stolen stuff
Rule suggestions almost always go wrong. So I recommend people to suggest something that actually adds more quality content and fun.

Re: Rule against stolen stuff
Maybe if it was any server other than CM. CM doesn't allow for traitor Marines, it's not part of the game, it's not part of your IC, it's you, being a dick, and fucking up someone's round start for 'em.
I call that an A/help. Otherwise you start to encourage people being dicks when really, they wouldn't be. They're fucking Marines in a military outfit.

Re: Rule against stolen stuff
I don't think this is much of a problem for specialists, since unless you take it round start, you're generally not going to get it. And if you spawn in late and the equipment is already taken, chances are someone went to cryo. This mostly has to do with squad engineers stealing engineering supplies without even asking, or marines breaking into engineering squad prep to take the supplies there. But there's really no way to tell when it's legit or not, since you don't always have time to ask when it comes to critical items. Like metal, wire, etc.
This does make sense though.Kilm wrote:Maybe if it was any server other than CM. CM doesn't allow for traitor Marines, it's not part of the game, it's not part of your IC, it's you, being a dick, and fucking up someone's round start for 'em.
