Change Spitter and Praetorian Plasma Capacity

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Decrease Spitter plasma stores to 400 and increase Praetorian plasma stores to 600.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Make sense.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Currently, Spitters have a capacity of 600 plasma and Praetorians have a capacity of 400 plasma. It doesn't make sense to LOSE plasma capacity as you evolve, so why not switch it around?

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Change values in code.

-1 prae isn't an advanced spitter is a hive guard to OP queen if there exists such a round.

That's basically all a praetorian is. An advanced spitter. Same abilities (with pheromones added on), stronger acid pit, stronger neurotoxin, more health, and more armor.

As I understand it, and I'm sure the coders can weight in, the prae is more of a combat-oriented plasma depot. So it can do advanced hive defensive pheromones, spit pretty rapidly, but also is bulky like a ravager.

The spitter looks to have special glands in the head and everything for it. With a name like spitter, you would imagine it is the best at spitting, next to the glass-cannon boiler. The prae is a CQC spitter with good offensive slash, unlike the spitter. This is all just how it feels from playing. I figured the reason why was because it is actually pretty good at slashing versus a spitter.

At first I thought this was just going to be another alien nerf post, but then I continued reading and saw you just wanted to switch the plasma capacity between the two xenos...

Makes sense, you'd think the prae would just have more plasma than the spitter anyways.

+1 indeed, it makes no sense to downgrade yourself, while yes you can proudly call yourself queen's guardian, and emit pheromones, you actually a bit weaker than a spitter, and even the spitter has more use
