Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Let us remove lipsticks from our lips

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): No one has to run around with green lips because some dick smeared it on you

If someone higher rank than you smears you lipstick, you better have it on. They're expecting glamour on the battlefield, pageants and such. As you fire your glorious, trustworthy M4 towards the aliens, they look upon you, frightened, scared. They dash away cowardly and start hissing at you, or at their queen, who cannot come towards you as she know's she's about to get fucked.
