It would fit PERFECTLY.
A unit is called in to fight in an environment against an enemy a normal military force couldn't fight in, hence you have Hazardous Environment Combat Unit. It all fits together.
EDIT: Also, who are you to deny the best Half Life series protagonist? Way better than Freeman. Too bad we'll never get Opposing Force 2 ;_;
