Bug Description: Stocking b18 armor in a weapon vender turns it into regular armor.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Put b18 armor in a weapons vender.
2. Watch it turn into m3/m10.
3. weep

Vendor stocking should be rewritten later. For now, don't stock things that doesn't exist inside vendors.
