Bug Description: Cable Coil mass duplication glitch.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Crowbar PACMAN generator.
2. Get 58 lengths of cable.
3. Build PACMAN Generator again.
4. Repeat.
5. Gain infinite cable.
6. ???
7. Profit
