1.Be a ghost
2.Become a larva at the wall in cargo
3.Have a moderator called JackSerious (I think) get a screenshot of this

Host likely burst in transit in disposals. This is due to the fact a lot of piping goes under walls for some reason.

Just..evolve on the wall, wait for unsuspecting cargo tech, leap out of said wall.
But in all seriousness like Gentle said it's more than likely due to how bursting in pipes are handled. The real question here is why an infected person was thrown down disposals.

It was made to prevent bursting inside objects, which would make them stuck inside 5ever. It instead teleports you above the object where the host is located.
