Steps to reproduce:
1. Spawn as Researcher
2. Examine Shoes
3. Question who you are going to be trampling.

Cmo too, i hide them in a locker because a MP can arrest you for grand theft.

I think it's intentional for a CMO to, since they're TECHNICALLY Command staff, just command over medical and nothing else. RO has a pair too. I personally see a trend.
