ERT Beacon can still be used after Supply Drop ERT

Bug Description: Title. Marines shouldn't get two ERTs.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Get Supply Drop ERT
2. Send Bacon
3. Get Another ERT + all the special toys.

You can only summon an ERT once, outside of the admins doing it. Not so with the supply drop.

I agree. I see this more as a feature anyway. Especially considering you're not guaranteed you can get to said supplies, especially if it docks in the hangar

Same here, it takes 10 minutes more or less for the ERT to dock in the sulaco once they are called.

Intended. The chances to get friendly ERT the second time is much lower due to humans counter rising up from the first one.
