Not exactly a bug, but an obvious map design flaw.
At the place highlighted on this picture, in MPs prep room, a reinforced glass panel is missing on door's left.
If you open the door, gets in and try going left for some reason (or cross the door path while also pressing to go left), you will get zapped by the egrille.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the brig prep room through the door on south.
2. Touch the wall on left (obviously when not wearing insulated gloves).
3. ZaaaaaaaaaaaaP!
3. PROFIT (Ouch!)
